Studio Members - Carlos Feller
Brazilian flutist Carlos Henrique Feller, start playing flute in 1997 with the Camerata de Sopros of CEFET-PR. He studied with Professor Giampiero Pilatti, while earning his Bachelor of Music degree from Parana School of Music and Arts. Mr. Feller has performed in masterclasses with renown flutists such as, Alberto Almarza, Henrik Wiese, Luis Julio Toro, Rogerio Wolf, and Michel Debost. He has participated in numerous music festivals, and in 2003 received a scholarship to the international music festival, Puebla Instrumenta Verano in Mexico. Mr. Feller’s most recent acheivements include being selected as one of only ten finalists in the prestigious 2004 Brazilian National Competition for Wind Instruments, and the receipiant of an honorable mention in the Univeristy of Southern Mississippi William T. Gower Concerto Competition. Currently Mr. Feller studies with Dr. Danilo Mezzadri at USM where he is pursuing his Doctoral degree.
